HAMMONTON—Prospective
volunteers can choose from sev-
eral active service organizations
and clubs throughout town. They
all have different mission state-
ments and host different events,
but they all share a common goal:
to support their community and its
residents.
This mindset was prevalent on
April 22 as 11 Hammonton service
organizations—Exchange Club,
Kiwanis Club, Lions Club, Rotary
Club, Puerto Rican Civic Associa-
tion, Soroptimists, Woman’s Civic
Club, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel So-
ciety, Sons of Italy, Hammonton
Hawks and the Blue and White
Gridiron Club — joined forces for
a Hammonton USA (United Serv-
ice Associations) Pork and Beer
