HAMMONTON — The Hammonton Environmental Commission heard a development review presentation by Hammonton Gardens LLC at their monthly meeting on April 13 in town hall .

The presentation was given by professional planner CherylLynn Walters and engineer Thomas C . Roesch . Also present was Mikhael Trocki-Videll , representing Hammonton Gardens LLC .

HAMMONTON — On March 22 , the Hammonton Rotary Club held a meeting at Rocco ’ s Town House . The Rotary Club is a club that is focused on having a shared responsibility to the community . The club works together to support the community , and help promote integrity and peace . The members in attendance were Joe Brown , Mike Brown , Deana Harold , Dave Damiano , President Franco Catania , Karl Wicks , James Fitzpatrick and Jerry Daunoras . The group discussed plans for the Downtown Hammonton Easter Extravaganza , scholarships for students , and other events .

HVAC work in the building . The library reopened a while back , even throwing a party celebrating the 40th anniversary of the library , and some of the work being done to the library . Recently , the library has made strides towards the finishing touches of the work

The club took part in the Downtown Hammonton Easter Extravaganza on April 15 , passing out different candy and trinkets to children . The members discussed how they were going to pass out candy to children , how to package the candy , as well as where they will be located at the meeting . The Rotary Club in Hammonton has offered scholarships to students for many years , which could be used towards college or even trade schools .

Discussed at the meeting was the plans to organize the scholarships , as well as how to apply .
