The accused , Ashley Feliciano , 23 , of Hammonton , was interviewed and charged with theft of more than $ 3,000 , Friel said .
“ It ’ s a theft of moveable property , which is a third-degree offense ,” Friel said .
She was arrested , processed and released pending a court appearance in Atlantic County Superior Court , Friel said .
Henshaw was the investigating and charging officer , Friel said .
According to information provided to The Gazette on April 11 by Friel , a second arrest was made

McDonald ’ s theft arrests
at 1:52 p . m . on April 4 in connection with the $ 3,000 theft from McDonald ’ s .
Amani Russell , 26 , of Salem was charged with receiving stolen property in reference to the theft of the money , Friel said .
“ She was brought in and questioned , and through investigation it was determined that she received $ 1,900 from the money that was taken ,” Friel said .
Russell was charged with theft of moveable property , was processed and released with a court appearance in Atlantic County Superior Court , Friel said .
Henshaw was also the investigating and arresting officer regarding Russell , Friel said .

Warrant arrest made

HAMMONTON — Police made a warrant arrest at 4:11 p . m . on March 30 at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Somerby Street , Hammonton Police Chief Kevin Friel said .
Officer Matthew Heiser affected a motor vehicle stop for a vehicle that failed to stop at the stop sign at Orchard Street and Railroad Avenue , Friel said .
The driver , Antonio Montoya , 65 , was found to be an unlicensed driver , and having two outstanding warrants , one from Berlin Borough in the amount of $ 1,000
