Newtonville, was the driver of the
vehicle, Salvatore said. He was
charged with driving with a
suspended license and failure to
inspect his vehicle, Salvatore said.
Both men were released after
being arrested by Class ii Officer
Gordon ellis, Salvatore said.
Scott was later charged with
hindering apprehension to avoid
prosecution by providing police
with false information stating he
was David Bond iii, Salvatore
said.

drug
paraphernalia, Salvatore said.
• Possession of marijuana with
intent to distribute within 1,000
feet of a school zone, Salvatore
said.
• a warrant from franklinville
in the amount of $550, Salvatore
said.
• a warrant from Mays Landing
in the amount of $375, Salvatore
said.
Scott was lodged in the atlantic
County Jail in lieu of $35,000 bail
set by Hammonton Municipal
Court Judge frank raso,
Salvatore said.
