HAMMONTON — The Hammonton Board of Education approved the school district budget for the 2022- 2023 school year during the March 23 meeting . The total general fund budget is $ 57,956,766 with a local tax levy of $ 18,320,722 .

HAMMONTON — On March 15 , the Hammonton Parks and Recreation Commission met at town hall to discuss a certain number of topics . One of the topics discussed was the revitalization of Hammonton Lake Park , and the updates being made to it . Councilman Sam Rodio had said in the meeting that no one had come forward with any problems for the revitalization around lake park . The plan for the park and revitalization is to add more parking to the park , while also trying to maintain areas for different sports and activities .
