Jason M . Hefferon
Jason M . Hefferon , 45 , formerly of Hammonton , N . J . passed away unexpectedly on Saturday March 25 , 2023 . Jason was born in Long Island , N . Y . and raised in Hammonton , where he graduated class of 1996 from Hammonton High School . After high school he attended Camden County College before perusing his love for music . He attended Full Sail University in Florida where he received a diploma for sound engineering . He then worked in New York City for a recording studio where he met many famous musicians . After two years the studio closed and Jason and his best friend Danny Millazzo moved to Naples , Florida where he worked in the Audio Department for the Ritz Carlton Hotel . Upon the death of his best friend , Jason returned to New Jersey to work in the family business , Master Wire MFG . Jason Loved his music and spending time with his family .
Jason is survived by his parents , Brian and Geri Hefferon ( nee Hughes ); wife , Shayne ; children , Ganon and Revan ; and brothers , Brian James “ BJ ” and Chris Hefferon .
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday March 31 , 2023 from 6 p . m . -9 p . m . at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N . Third St . Hammonton , NJ 08037 . Another viewing will be held on Saturday from 9 a . m . – 10:30 a . m . at the funeral home . A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a . m . on Saturday April 1 , 2023 at St . Mary of Mt . Carmel Parish-St . Joseph Church corner of French and Third St . Hammonton , NJ 08037 . Burial will be at the convenience of the family . Florence L . Lucca
Florence L . Lucca ( nee Rodio ), 96 , of Folsom , N . J . passed away peacefully Saturday March 25 , 2023 at the Heritage Assisted Living in Hammonton , N . J . Florence was born and raised in the Hammonton / Rosedale section to Carlo and Frances Rodio . She worked for several clothing factories and retired from National Garment in Hammonton and was a member of the ILGWU . Florence also worked for many of the family ’ s roadside produce stands . Always on the go and willing to please everyone , she would crochet blankets for family and friends and loved to cook and enjoyed fishing with her brothers
Florence is predeceased by her parents , Carlo and Frances Rodio ; Husband , Leo Lucca ; son , Joseph M . Olive , Jr .; Brothers , Nicholas , Henry and Paul Rodio ; Sisters , Anna Ripa and Antoinette Taddie ; and her son in law , Michael Wallis . She is the beloved mother of Joyce Wallis of Folsom , N . J . and Sister of Eleanor Rodio Furlong and Rita Ransom both of Naples , Florida . Florence will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews whom she played an important part of her life over the years .

Diane T . Weston
Diane T . Weston ( nee Knowles ), 75 , of Hammonton passed away peacefully at home on Friday , March 24 , 2023 . Diane was born in Camden , lived in Bellmawr for many years and was a resident of Hammonton for twenty-three years . She had worked as a corporate secretary for Glaxo Smith Kline in Philadelphia , and as an attendant for the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles .
She was predeceased by her parents , William J . and Helen T . Knowles ; her brother , William Knowles ; her sister-in-law , Jen Knowles and her companion ; Frank ' s parents , Rocky and Sadie Fucetola . Diane is survived by her longtime loving companion , Frank A . Fucetola ; her son , James Weston ( Shirley Blase ); her grandchildren , James Weston Jr ., Brett Weston , Erik Blase and Vann Blase ; her brother , James Knowles ; her sisterin-law , Jeanette Knowles ; niece and nephews , Lisa , Billy III , Ryan and Kyle ; Frank ’ s side of the family his sister , Marie Fucetola ; his brother , Rocco J . Fucetola ; his son , Frank Fucetola Jr . ( Stacie ); his nephew and niece , Rocco J . Fucetola Jr . ( Katherine ); and her canine companion , Blitz .
A viewing was held on Tuesday , March 28 , 2023 from 6 p . m . - 8 p . m . at the Carnesale Funeral Home , 202 S . Third Street in Hammonton . A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday , March 29 , 2023 at 10:30 a . m . at St . Mary of Mt . Carmel Parish Church of St . Joseph ' s , 226 French Street in Hammonton . Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery , 124 S . First Road in Hammonton . March 25 fight leads to two arrests

The victim was unconscious and breathing , Friel said .
“ The victim came to and identified the accused as Edison Baltazar , 22 , of Hammonton . Baltazar was found standing in front of a residence located on the 200 block of N . Washington Street , along with Julio Baltazar , 24 , of Hammonton ,” Friel said .
According to Friel , there was blood on Edison Baltazar ’ s pants and a laceration on his hand . Upon further questioning of the victim , he did not recall Julio Baltazar assaulting him , only Edison Baltazar , Friel said .
Julio Baltazar was found to have an NCIC warrant from Burlington County , Friel said . Both Edison Baltazar and Julio Baltazar were placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for processing , Friel said . Edison Baltazar was charged with simple assault , and released pending a court date in Hammonton Joint Municipal Court , Friel said . Julio Baltazar was transported to the Atlantic County Jail on the NCIC warrant , Friel said .
Friel said Heiser was the investigating and arresting officer .
