Vice chairman Michael Messina assumed the chairman position for this particular meeting, as Chairman Gaetano Matro was absent. Board alternate fernando Melendez was a voting member during the session as well. after a closed session that lasted approximately 35 minutes to discuss the settlement agreements for Bellevue Property associates LLC and treatment Solutions of Central Jersey LLC, the board authorized board chairman Michael Messina to sign both settlements.
