Bruno Jr., longtime owner and operator of Bruno Oil Co., died on february 21 at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden. Bruno was 80. Born and raised in Hammonton, Bruno was a lifelong resident. He was a businessman as well as an active member of the community. “He was born here, raised here. His father died in 1955. Somebody had to run the family business. Uncle frank Bruno went to the auto parts business, and my father ran the oil business,” David Charles Bruno Sr. said. according to his son, his father loved the town.
