Josephine M . Domenico

Josephine M . Domenico , ( nee Mento ), 95 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side , on Saturday February 17 , 2024 . She was born in Hammonton and was a lifelong resident . She formerly worked at Wm . B . Kessler Memorial Hospital , and as a saleswoman for Dutchmaid Clothing Company . Josephine was a member of St . Joseph ’ s Rosary Altar Society , and was a member of St . Joseph ’ s Church choir .
She was predeceased by her husband , Charles A . Domenico ; her sons , Charles P . “ Chip ” Domenico and Ronald Domenico ; and her grandson , Christopher Domenico . Josephine is survived by her three sons and daughters in law , John and JoAnn Domenico , Peter and JoAnna Domenico , Benedict Domenico and Sherri Loving ; her grandchildren , Ron Domenico , Crystal Domenico , Ryan Domenico , Janna Domenico Chillari ( John ) and Dana Jo Domenico ; her great grandson , T . J . Domenico ; and her two great granddaughters , Skylar Domenico and Calla Domenico Chillari ; and many nieces , nephews , cousins and friends .
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday , Feb . 22 , 2024 11:30 a . m . in St . Mary of Mt . Carmel Parish , Church of St . Joseph ’ s 226 French St ., Hammonton , where a viewing will be held from 9:30 a . m . - 11:15 a . m . Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery , Hammonton .

Dolores Kramer

Dolores Kramer , 90 , went to her rest on February 5 , 2024 . Dolores was born on January 30 , 1934 and was raised in Cedar Brook N . J . Dolores was a resident at the Heritage Assisted Living facility in Hammonton N . J . She was an avid bingo player and loved to dance , take bus trips to the casino and shows . Dolores was an easy-going woman who made a quiet impact on everyone she met .
Dolores was predeceased by her husband , Tom Kramer ; her parents , Philip and Elvira [ Valentino ] Iuliucci ; and her brother , Paul . She is survived by her sister-in-law , Mary Ann [ Tomasello ] Iuliucci ; her niece , Michele ; great niece , Paige ; and great nephew , Dr . Dylan Souder ; and by countless cousins of both the Valentino and Iuliucci families . Family is grateful to The Heritage Assisted Living facility for their friendship , assistance and compassionate care during Dolores ’ recent illness . John J . Luca

John J . Luca , affectionately known as Pop by his family , 76 , of Hammonton passed away on February 14 , 2024 . Born in Hammonton , N . J ., he was a lifelong Hammontonian . John was a member of the Town Zoning Board , coached Little League , and worked for many years at numerous casinos in Atlantic City as part of the Carpenters Union formerly known as Local 623 and now known as Local 255 . Most knew him as “ the carpet guy ” as he had a passion for laying carpet . However , his true joy in life was his family , especially his grandchildren Jake and Mia . They were his best friends and together spent lots of quality time fishing , going to the shooting range , and enjoying fun lunch and dinner dates together .
John is predeceased by his wife , Joann ( Bilazzo ); his sister , Nancy ( Luca ) Mento ; and his parents , Jennie and Peter Luca . John is survived by his daughter and best friend , Jessica Fisher and her husband Ian ; his two grandchildren , Jake and Mia Fisher ; and extended family .
A viewing will be held on Saturday , February 17 , 2024 from 10:30 a . m . to 12 p . m . at the Carnesale Funeral Home , 202 S . Third Street in Hammonton , where funeral services will take place at 12 p . m . Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery , 500 N . White Horse Pike in Hammonton .

HPD holding medication collection

HAMMONTON — On Feb . 24 the Hammonton Police Department ( HPD ) will be hosting a medication collection between 9 a . m . and 1 p . m .
The purpose is to get unused , unwanted or expired medications from residents within the community and properly dispose of the medications to limit improper use of medication , according to Hammonton Police Chief Kevin Friel .
“ By properly disposing of the medications , it limits impact to
our environment and it keeps them out of the hands of people who may use them improperly ,” Friel said . “ It provides a safer state of disposing of the medications for our community members .”
Residents can drop off medications anytime between 9 a . m . and 1 p . m . and an officer will be present to collect them . The medication can stay in their original packaging or it could be dumped into a container . This will be done without anyone ’ s personal identity being disclosed and the HPD welcomes anyone to drop the medications off so that they can keep the community safe , Friel said .
The medication collection will take place on Feb . 24 from 9 a . m . to 1 p . m . at the Hammonton Police Department .

Margaret M . Fetty

Margaret M . Fetty , 63 , of Hammonton , N . J . passed away Thursday , February 15 , 2024 , surrounded by her family . She was a lifelong Hammonton resident and graduated from Hammonton High School in 1979 . Margaret worked at Greenbriar Nursing Home and enjoyed wearing jewelry , watching movies and spending time with family and friends , but most of all , she loved spending time with her grandchildren .
She was predeceased by her parents , Warren and Margaret ( nee Villari ) Ebinger ; her two brothers , Warren and William Ebinger ; and her sister , Carol Ebinger . Margaret is survived by her children , Desiree Fetty ( Sean ), Tara Fetty , and Ralph Fetty ( Emily ); her sister , Brenda Ebinger ( Angie ); and her brother , Brian Ebinger . Loving grandmother to Tobias and Chloe .
