HAMMONTON—Hammonton
resident Brian Howell has been
suffering from chronic kidney disease since the early 1980s. It is a
disease that affects one in nine
Americans and more than 12,000
New Jersey residents. It is a progressive illness that eventually requires an individual to receive

anywhere from 12 to 15 hours per
week and usually during the daytime hours.
However, a new overnight kidney dialysis treatment program
has allowed patients such as Howell to be able to keep working in a
full-time capacity. He is a partner
at the law firm Howell and Bertman on the corner of Horton
