Salvatore said Officer Sean Grasso with Detective Peter Hagerty investigated the burglary and an arrest was made on January 30. James K. Davis, 55, of Pottstown, Pa., was arrested and charged with theft of movable property, burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, Salvatore said. “they had a similar burglary in Pennsylvania, so we compared crimes and we charged him. We also had surveillance video that helped in the investigation,” Salvatore said.
