D’Agostino (nee Lafferty), 93, of Hammonton, died Thursday, January 17, 2019 at her residence. Born in Minotola, N.J., she resided in Hammonton most of her life. For more than 40 years, D’Agostino was Secretary-Treasurer of D’Agostino Agency, the insurance agency founded by her beloved hus- band, John, and the agency is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. D’Agostino is remembered as a remarkable woman, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She encouraged others to see the positive side of life, and was known for her warmth, quick wit and common sense approach to navigating life’s opportunities and chal- lenges. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, John. She is survived by her loving children: son, John D’Agostino Jr., and his wife Michele; her daughter, Sharon D’Agostino; and her grandchildren, Natalie, Stephanie, John M. (all D’Agostino) and Mike Mulvenna. Relatives and friends are invited celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial today, Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Church, St. Joseph Parish, Third & French Sts., Hammonton at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held 10 to 11 a.m. prior to Mass at the church on Wednesday. Interment will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements made by Landolfi Funeral Home. Laura P. DiDonato Laura P. DiDonato (nee Patton), 90, of Hammonton, died on January 16, 2019. DiDonato was born in Hammonton and was a lifelong resident. She was a 1946 graduate of Hammonton High School, where she participated in athletics and exceled as a guard on the women’s basketball team. She was a clerk for Atlantic City Electric for 35 years. DiDonato was very active with The Presbyterian Church of Hammonton, as a choir member and fellowship. She was a painter and created beautiful artwork. She is predeceased by her parents, George and Helen Patton and her brother, Earl Patton. Laura is survived by her sister, Marjorie McGuigan. A viewing and services were held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the Marinella Funeral Home in Hammonton. Burial followed in Greenmount Cemetery, 124 S. First Road, Hammonton. Kowal (nee Esposito), 98, of Hammonton, died peacefully on January 15, 2019 at the Samaritan Hospice Center in Voorhees, N.J. Born in Philadelphia, Pa.; she lived in Hammonton, Barrington and Egg Harbor Twp. most of her life. Kowal had a green thumb and loved flowers, chocolate and shopping. She also loved watching the Miss America Pageant, following the movie stars, spending time at the casi- nos, traveling and being with her lady friends. She is predeceased by her husband, Kazmer “Bud” Kowal; her par- ents, Nicholas and Anna Esposito; sisters, Josephine Cashan and Fay Bennett and brothers, Joseph and Nicholas Esposito Jr. Surviving are her two brothers, Howard Esposito and his wife Jean of Glassboro, N.J., and Ronald Esposito and his wife Roseann of Folsom, N.J. and one sister, Martha Pohwat and her husband John of Cherry Hill, N.J. She was a dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated January 19 at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel (St. Joseph Church) in Hammonton. Andronico, (nee Lucca), 81, of Hammonton died on Thursday, January 17, 2019 with her family by her side in AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Mainland Division. Born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong resident. Andronico formerly worked for The Food Basket and Ideal Fashions, both in Hammonton. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, Benjamin and Josephine Lucca and her sister, Jean Sacco. Andronico is survived by her husband of 61 years, Carmen Andronico; her children, Mae Canestri and her husband Gerard of Haddon Heights, Ben Andronico and his wife Roxanne, Gayle Berenato and her husband JoeBoy, all of Hammonton; her sister, Kath- leen Quarry of Marlton; her adored grandchildren, Allyson Kundrick and her husband Bran- don, Nicole Canestri, Ren and Justin Andronico, Chris, Nick and Samantha Berenato. Peterson was born in Philadelphia, and was a 1964 graduate of Olney High School. She relocated to Gap in 1990 and worked for Weis Pharmacy. Peterson loved shopping, going to the beach and cardinals. Her greatest passion was to cook and attend to all her family. Peterson enjoyed traveling to Hammonton for family gatherings. She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Virginia Monica; her brother, Anthony Monica and her sister, Rose Midiri. Peterson is sur- vived by her husband, Thomas; her children, David Hutchinson of Morgantown, Pa., John Hutchinson (Tara) of Philadelphia and Donna Rossi (Andrew J. III) of Wilmington, Del. Born and raised in Waldwick, N.J., she loved the beach, casinos, danc- ing, singing, having family parties and enjoying all of the holidays. Dudas is predeceased by her husband, Louis Dudas. Surviving are her daughter, Kristine LaBue of Mays Landing, N.J.; her son, Paul LaBue of Sag Harbor, N.Y.; two stepsons, Randy Dudas (Linda) of Fair- lawn, N.J. and Steve Dudas (Camila) of Florida. She was a member of the Glass, Molders, Pottery, Plastic & Allied Worker’s Union. She is predeceased by her husband, John H. Summers and two sons, Robert and Thomas Summers. Ciancaglione was born in Chester, Pa., and lived in Hammon- ton most of his life. He was a 2012 graduate of Ham- monton High School, where he was a member of the football team. He also played for the Hammonton Hawks Football Organiza- tion. Ciancaglione had a passion for writ- ing and loved to create his own music. He is survived by his father, Robert A. Ciancaglione and his wife Lisa of Ham- monton. He was a dear brother to Robert A. Ciancaglione, Jr., Randy A. Toth and Rita A. Ciancaglione. Also surviving are many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, fam- ily and friends. Giovanni Iantorno Giovanni (John) Iantorno, 84, of Hammonton, died peacefully on Jan- uary 17, 2019 at Samaritan Hospice Center in Voorhees. He was born in Montalto Uffugo, Italy, and immi- grated to America in 1959. Iantorno was a self-employed general contractor since 1964 and built many homes in Hammonton, including assisting in the building of St. Joseph Church. He en- joyed socializing with everyone he met and loved to travel, especially to Italy to visit with family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Carmine and Rosaria. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ida (nee Sena) and children, Rose M. Lipford (James), Car- men Iantorno, and Joanne Iantorno (Thomas Palm). Also surviving are his brother, Eraldo Iantorno and sister, Elena Folino, of Italy. He was a loving grand- father to James Lipford, Remi Nicole Ihemesie, Ian Lipford and Joseph Palm.
