member Sean Macri’s ties to fire-
fighting date back to the com-
pany’s inception in 1896. His
grandfather, Joseph A. Macri and
uncle, Howard Macri, and cousin
Thomas C. Elvins III were all
members of Hammonton Volun-
teer Fire Co. No. 2, and his cousin,
Jason Macri (Howard’s son), is a
current company member, as well
as firefighter in Cherry Hill.
Macri recently began a new
chapter in his family’s firefighting
