HAMMONTON — Entering his 12th year as Atlantic County 5th District Commissioner , Hammonton resident James A . Bertino is looking ahead to 2023 . The Atlantic County government has been a partner in many projects with all municipalities , Hammonton included . For example , with a maintenance yard located in Hammonton . The maintenance yard allows the county government access when it comes to services on the roads , bridges and salt for snow removal .
