Louis Thomas DePalma
Louis Thomas DePalma, 50, of Winslow Twp., died on December 28,
2017.
Louis was an area resident his entire life. He received a culinary degree
from At lantic Community College and worked as a chef at Tropicana. He
also worked as a courier for B.H. Media in Vineland. Louis was a member
of the Chesilhurst and Elm Vol. Fire Depts.
He was predeceased by his father, Thomas DePalma Jr.; and his wife,
Lisa (Mortelliti) DePalma. He is survived by his sons, Giovanni and
Dante DePalma; his mother, Ida DePalma; his sister, Mary Hunter
(David); and loving nieces and nephews; also fiancée, Maria Caddington.
Family and friends attended funeral services on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at the
Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. Third St., Hammonton. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the educational funds for his boys: Giovanni
and Dante DePalma, c/o John Mortelliti, 36 Samuel Drive Hammonton, NJ.

Carmen J. Ordille Sr.
Carmen J. Ordille Sr., 86, of Hammonton, died on December 29, 2017.
Carmen was a Hammonton resident his entire life. He served in the
U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Carmen was a security lieutenant for
New Jersey Manufacturing.
He was predeceased by his parents, James and Dorothy Ordille; his
brothers, James and Charles Ordille. Carmen is survived by his children,
Carmen Ordille Jr. (Kelly), Joseph Ordille (Michele), Donna Ordille,
Theresa McBride (Steve) and Tina Kanagie (Dave); his grandchildren,
Matthew, Ryan, Brian, Kelsey, Gabrielle, Autumn, Skylar, Nicholas and
Stephanie; great-grandchildren, Adalynn, Samuel, Faith and Marie; and
by his best friend, Doris DiGiuseppe.
Family and friends attended a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at
St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish-St. Joseph Church, Third and French Streets, Hammonton.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, Mass cards are welcomed.

Barry F. Preim
Barry F. Preim, 68, of Hammonton, died at home on Friday, December
29, 2017, with his loving family by his side.
Born in Red Bank, NJ, on June 6, 1949, he lived in Hammonton for
more than 32 years. Barry was a former member of the United States
Navy Reserve. He was a marine biologist for 33 years for the State of
New Jersey Department of Fish and Game. Barry was a longtime member
and servant of Calvary Chapel of Hammonton.
He is survived by his wife, Patty (nee Briar) Preim; his two sons and
their spouses, Marc and Catherine Preim of Philadelphia, Adam and Al-
lison Preim of Hammonton; his brother, Robert Preim and his wife, Linda
of Shamong.
Memorial Services were held Sunday, January 7, 2018, at Calvary Chapel, 660 S. Egg
Harbor Road, Hammonton.

Bella Rita Caruso
Bella Rita (nee DeLuca) Caruso, 97, of Mullica Township, died peace-
fully on January 3, 2018, at her home.
Born in Milmay on November 9, 1920, she lived in Mullica Township
for 65 years. Bella was a retiree from Kessler Clothing Company of Ham-
monton where she was a sewing machine operator. She was a member
of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers Union.
Bella was predeceased by her husband, Anthony “Tony” Caruso; her
brothers, Charles, Thomas, Nicholas and Dominick DeLuca; and her sis-
ters, Harriett DelPizzo and Mary Pietrosante. She is survived by many
nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the Carnesale Funeral Home,
202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. Burial followed in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 124 S.
First Road in Hammonton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Winslow United Methodist Church, PO
Box 131, Winslow, NJ 08095 or to the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society, PO Box182, Ham-
monton, NJ 08037.

HAMMONTON— Eagle Theatre opens Louisa May Alcott’s classic
universal coming of age story, Little Women: The Musical on January
24, 2018.
“Little Women: The Musical will be our finest production to date. The
Civil War story that swept the nation is brought to life in this new mu-
sical phenomenon. Brimming with adventure and imagination,
heartache and hope, this epic production is full of joyful melodies, un-
forgettable characters and uplifting spirit,” Eagle Theatre Co-Artistic
Director Ted Wioncek III said.

Domingo Rivera Ramos
Domingo Rivera Ramos, 83, of North Carolina and formerly of Ham-
monton, died on November 23, 2017.
Born in Barrio Mamey in Patillas, Puerto Rico, he lived in New York
and New Jersey for more than 65 years. He ministered along with his
wife, Celia, at the Spanish Pentecostal Church in Landisville and was a
chaplain for local prisons for many years. A member of the U.S. Army
during the Korean War, he worked for Ancora Psychiatric Hospital and
for the Hammonton Road Department. He was best known for his car-
pentry skills as Dom the Handyman.
Domingo was predeceased by his wife, Celia Rivera; parents, Eulogio
Rivera and Paula Ramos; siblings, Damaso, Clemente, Dolores, Eusevio, Carmen Lidia
Rivera; and grandson, Everett Joseph. He is survived by his children, Jose Antonio Seda,
Roberto Aponte, Domingo Jr. (Heidi), David Rivera, Anna Bonet–Carlino (Charles), Leticia
Rivera, Debra Hernandez, Doris Ness (Allen), Aura Mays and Diane Rivera; siblings,
Manuel, Felix, Car men and Francisco Rivera; 32 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren,
with two on the way.
Family and friends are invited to attend his graveside service, Friday, January 12, 2018,
at 2 p.m. at Greenmount Cemetery, 124 S. First Road, Hammonton.

Joseph A. Monzo
Joseph A. Monzo, 60, of Hammonton, died suddenly on Saturday, De-
cember 30, 2017.
Beloved son of Josephine (nee Vaccarelli) and the late Louis Monzo
Sr. Loving brother of Anthony (Denise) Monzo, the late Louis Monzo Jr.
and the late Bonnie Sue Monzo. Proud uncle of Marina, Vincent, Louis
III and Rocky Monzo.
Services and cremation for Joseph will be held privately.

February 15 is the deadline for
submitting nominations for the
Hammonton Lions Club 2018
Citizen of the Year. The club
seeks to honor those who are not
always recognized for their dedi-
cation and efforts.
Nominees must live in Ham-
monton and must have volun-
teered their time to greatly bene-
fit the residents of Hammonton
not only during the past year but
also over a period of time. Nom-
inations must include reasons for
the nomination and list the indi-
vidual’s activities and accom-
