Competition judge
Veteran snapper Scott Radford-Chisholm ( pictured ) was the judge and sole arbiter of this competition . He started work as a photographer with a Brisbane newspaper in 1988 , but is well known in North Queensland as chief photographer for the Townsville Bulletin for more than 20 years . He has won a swag of national and international awards for his work .
