Meet new faces in the Grazing Team

ALEX PEACHEY
Senior Grazing Field Officer
With a background across grazing, sugarcane and extension, Alex brings broad, practical expertise to the team.
Alex started as a sugarcane agronomist in the Burdekin and Herbert regions, and was a senior extension officer in the Northern Territory. His experience also spans international work across the Pacific and South Asia, focusing on improving productivity, soil conservation and agroforestry.
HUGH MORTON
Grazing Field Officer
Hugh brings a keen interest in sustainable agriculture, shaped by his experience growing up and working on farms in Northern NSW. He’ s also passionate about ecology and environmental health, having pursued both in undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
ELEANOR HAIG
Grazing Field Officer
A Townsville local, Eleanor has just completed a Bachelor of Science( Zoology and Ecology) and an Honours degree focused on the impact of Asian House Geckos on Native Geckos. Eleanor is passionate about biodiversity and environmental stewardship.
