The Virtually Fence Free trial aims to improve the drought resilience of North Queensland grazing enterprises by testing how eShepherd virtual fencing neckbands enable rangeland graziers to implement fine scale, adaptive grazing systems in commercial-sized beef cattle herds. The five-year research project, taking place at the Spyglass Beef Research Facility, is being delivered by NQ Dry Tropics, in partnership with the Queensland Government Department of Primary Industries.
