A cluster group of three grazing properties is trialling the Optiweigh weighing system, pictured, as a grazing land management tool. They will share insights next year, once the outcomes can be compared. The findings will be presented at a field day. NQ Dry Tropics is partnering with Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service( QPWS) to tackle erosion at Pinnacles Reserve— a site managed for conservation. We’ re supporting QPWS by assessing erosion issues and helping develop practical, staged solutions.
