Rehabilitated gullies improve water quality

T

he second phase of gully rehabilitation work at Glen Bowen Station has been completed with engineering firm Neilly Group signing off on work at two alluvial gullies : Gully 2 and Gully 4 .

Work starts on fourth large-scale gully

Work has started on LDC ’ s fourth large-scale gully on Strathmore Station near the Bowen River rodeo grounds , 1.3km from the Bowen River Bridge .

Last Chance projects come to fruition

Eight projects that were

approved under the last round of grants offered by the LDC project have been finalised .
