Do you sleep
poorly? Are you
constantly tired?
UARS (Upper
Airway Resistance
Syndrome) could
be the cause. Read
the article to find
out more about the
symptoms.
nd so it begins... 2018! We trust that you had a good, relaxing Festive Season and that you got to spend valuable time with your family and friends and recharge. Yet
time waits for no-one, and within a few days most of us will be back at work and in a couple of weeks the kids will be back at school (January 17th if you are already
counting the days).
So what does 2018 hold for us? For the sports fans we have the Soccer World Cup in Russia in June, the Winter Olympics in February and the Indian and Australian
cricket teams visiting our shores in the first few months of the year. The royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is set for May 2018, and politically, and as a
result, financially too, nobody is too sure what is going to happen this year, but whatever happens, it should make for interesting viewing.
It’s going to be an exciting year whichever way you look at it, and we’ll be here every first Friday of the month to let you know what is happening in your area.
