Hello Readers... Welcome to the Autumn edition of The Grapevine. As you can see from the front cover, this is our 100th issue of The Grapevine and a big thank you to all of our advertisers and writers for making this possible. G rapevine Autumn is the time of year when all the fruit is about, the fruit farms in the area are all advertising ‘Pick Your Own’ and the hedges along the roads nearby are full of blackberries. For some reason though, our grapes didn’t do so well, but the crab- apple tree looks like having a bumper crop this year. Time to get the jars out and start making jam!
