What you need:
At least 6 glasses
Large bowl of water
Paper towel (PT) roll or 100% cotton rope*
Food Coloring (Red, Blue, Yellow)
Water
What To Do:
1. Take two glasses. Fill each glass with 1/2cup water.
2. Add food coloring to 3 of the glasses (per directions on packaging)
3. Cut rope into 6 equal pieces (soak in big bowl of water until sopping)
4. Twist dry paper towel into a rope.
5. Place one end of rope/PT into one cup of colored water and the other end into an empty glass.
6. Repeat until all glasses have two ropes/PT soaking in them.
7. Watch as the rope/PT absorb the colors.
*The rope method takes a full 30 min. set this up, take a walk or do some of our mini projects
