The community is invited to celebrate major milestones in the lives of Drs. Ray and Marina Vander Wal. On October 11th they will be celebrating 20 years as Director on the Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, 40 years in Ministry and their 60Th Wedding Anniversary. An event in their honor will be held on October 11th at 7PM at the Howard Johnson Hotel located at 7707 NW 103rd Street near the Palmetto (826). The cost is $40 and those who wish to honor the Vander Wals with your presence are encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend but would like to support the Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary Scholarship Fund you may do so by sending your check to JBTS, 1490 NE 162 St. North Miami Beach, Fl 33162. The Vander Wals have been a tremendous blessing to many throughout South Florida and now is an excellent time to show support for their hard work, commitment and generosity. The celebration event is co-hosted by the Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary and the First Baptist Church of North Miami Beach.
