of Reverend Dr. Leroy Powell, Jr.

Rev. Dr. Leroy Powell was a dynamic and committed man
of God with innate abilities, a unique anointing and fervent
zeal for the work of ministry, coupled with an earnest desire
to be a positive influence on the lives he touched. He, and
his wife Dr. G. Pamler Robinson Powell, made a tremen-
dous impact in business as well as ministry. Dr. Leroy Pow-
ell was widely respected in his hometown of Tallahassee
Fl, central Florida and other communities throughout the
country.
Powell, an international speaker who on many occasions,
because of his accomplishments and inspiring messages, has
electrified audiences of 50,000 or more at locations that in-
clude the Georgia Dome, and the New Orleans Super Dome.
No matter how large or small the audience, he always in-
voked the presence of the God. Dr. Powell, an entrepreneur,
along with his wife Pam owned and built a very successful
financial services franchise for Primerica, a member of the
$1 trillion dollar Citigroup. Having developed several fran-
chises and six figure earners, he was named to the Board of
Directors, Financial Independence Council and the African
American Leadership Council. After his wife battled breast
cancer, he decided to retire from the business in 2006 to ac-
cept his full time call in ministry and to assist his wife in the
development of the P-Factor Global Ministry of Hope. Pas-
tor Powell’s innate abilities, unique anointing and fervent
zeal for the work of ministry, coupled with an earnest desire
to make a positive impact upon the lives that he touches,
was a boon and a blessing to the, “Body of Christ”.
The Reverend Dr. Leroy Powell, Jr., served as Senior Pastor
along with his wife of Love Church, International of Bay
Hill, Love Church of Hollywood, and Miracle Tabernacle
Ministries, he was bestowed an Honorary Doctorate of Di-
vinity from the Majestic Bible Institute & Seminary and the
Hope Bible Institute & Seminary of Chicago, IL. He served
