My Father, My God:
I humbly bow to You in prayer. Lord, You are my strength and my shield. You are my rock. I thank You Father for always protecting me and being with me. I thank You for this life You have blessed me with. Lord, my heart is full of thanks each time I reflect on Your unconditional love. I want to do Your will with my life. I pray to make choices on a daily basis that are pleasing to You. I pray for guidance and direction. Guide me Father in the way You would have me to go. I am lost without You. Lord I thank You that even in my darkest hour You are there. I thank You for health and look
to You for the strength and wisdom to make healthy choices as I seek to protect and respect this life You have blessed me with. Help me Father to see my commitment to healthy living as a way of thanking You for my life. Help me
to understand and be constantly reminded that my health in my responsibility. Help me Father to convey to my children, my grandchildren and to others that we must all be responsible protectors of our health. Father, I recognize that each day is a blessing from You. I thank You for today and every day. --AMEN
