And do not even get me started on the (musical)
number on Katy Perry. This Valentino dress looked
better on the runway than on her tonight. That dress
should’ve stayed on the runway in my opinion unless
her hair was different this one is a miss it comes off
way too cheesy and young.
As for the men tonight… well some (a few) got it right.
But others… (Pharrell) what was going on there? I
love Jamie Foxx and his choice of navy, as well as my
admiration for Robin Thicke and Mackelmore for
sporting some velvet suits. That fabric will always
scream elegance on a red carpet; and in my book, a
man being that daring with fashion always deserves
some credit.
As far as the looks during performances of the night, I
must mention Beyonce and Jay Z’s performance. I love
them together, what a power couple right there. She
looked amazing in this cut out leotard and tights. It
was like Chicago met The Fifth Element… now that is
a combination of favorites.
