An Interview with the Fashion Designer at
Blanchet Designs, Writer and Executive Producer
I’ve admired Stacey Blanchet for a while now and I find all her work
to be simply amazing, from the book she wrote to the fashion that she
created. It seems like this artist has more than an amazing mind and
magical hands. There is even more to her and you are about to find out.
We know that you are a Fashion Designer, Author and Film
Producer and understand that you just got picked up by a
management firm for public speaking. Out of all these different
tasks that you do, which one is your favorite and why?
That is a very hard question to ask me. I am not the kind of person who
likes to have only one thing in my life. I like to create something out of
nothing so all are very special to me for different reasons. But, the best
reason of all are the wonderful people who have come into my life over
the past year and whom I consider to be very good professional and
personal friends.
Your clothing line was taken from fashion shows to the Primetime
Emmys (2012) Oscars (2013) and Grammys (2013). Are there any
goals that you would like to achieve by the end of this year?
My only goal this year in terms of fashion designing is to finish two
collections and have them sell at a boutique in Paris. We are on our
way and then I will decide what the future holds for Blanchet Designs
depending upon how well we do in the market place.
Have you worked with any celebrities or plan on it in the future?

It is not in our plans. We did the red carpet season and have no plans of
yet to participate in the coming season but we have been asked so we
shall see. I don’t want anything to take my focus off of the boutique in
Paris. That is very important to me.
