Travelling from UK with your car

It’s a good idea to travel with Brittany Ferries on the Portsmouth-Saint Malo crossing because you arrive early in the morning with plenty of time ahead to make the most of the day. The channel crossing is more expensive from May onwards. An excellent way to reduce the cost of your holiday is to book your accommodation through Brittany Ferries at the same time as the crossing. I like to return on the night crossing from Caen. Otherwise you must leave very early in the morning to make it on time for the ferry out of Saint Malo.
