New Football Field and Village Street Lighting
Earlier this year , dōTERRA announced its new Cō-Impact Sourcing™ project in Moldova . This project aims to harness the country ’ s perfect conditions to grow aromatic plants while creating a positive economic and social impact in the region .
During Stronger Together Europe Connection , dōTERRA asked its audience to donate 10,000 € to support a clean water project for a childcare centre in rural Moldova . The response was overwhelming and resulted in donations of 22,722.02 €. However , as we were planning to start this project , the government stepped in and installed the new water purification system . This was unexpected , but it ended up being great news for the local community of Nicolaevka !
dōTERRA is now investing the donated money in two new projects : a new football field for the children ’ s centre and installation of street lighting for the neighbourhood . Currently , during the winter months , children have to walk home from school in the dark . This will also improve the safety conditions of others who live in the community , including those who work in dōTERRA ’ s new distillery . Ultimately , these two projects will improve the quality of life of the local population thanks to your generous contributions .
