ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM
Στεγάζεται στο μεσαιωνικό γοτθικού
ρυθμού με αναγεννησιακά στοιχεία
κτίριο του Νοσοκομείου των Ιππο-
τών, που ξεκίνησε να χτίζει πάνω στα
ερείπια ρωμαϊκού κτιρίου το 1400 ο
μεγάλος Μαγίστρος De Lastic. Στόχος
ήταν η περίθαλψη και προστασία
φτωχών και αρρώστων. Στις συλλογές
του, φιλοξενούνται, μεταξύ άλλων,
συλλογές γλυπτών, ταφικά ευρήματα
και οικόσημα ιπποτών.
Housed in the medieval gothic build-
ing with renaissance elements of the
Knights Hospital, which started to
build on top of the ruins of a Roman
building in 1400 the Grand Master De
Lastic. It aimed at the care and protec-
tion of the poor and the sick. It houses
collections of sculptures, grave find-
ings and knights crests.

Το Artistic Village λειτουργεί από το
1984 και αποτελεί μια προσπάθεια
ιδιωτών να αναδείξουν τις πτυχές της
σύγχρονης χειροποίητης τέχνης και
κουλτούρας. Στον εκθεσιακό χώρο,
ο επισκέπτης θα βρει πρωτότυπα
έργα τέχνης, διακοσμητικά, γλυπτά,
ειδικές κατασκευές και συνθέσεις. Η
είσοδος είναι ελεύθερη.

It opened in 1984 and is a private
initiative to highlight the sides of the
modern handicraft art and culture.
In the space of exhibition, the visitor
can discover extraordinary works of
art, ornaments, sculptures, special
structures and compositions. The
entrance is free.
