Το 300 ετών αρχοντικό της Λασκαρίνας
Μπουμπουλίνας, με το μοναδικό ξυλόγλυπτο
φλωρεντιανό ταβάνι στη μεγάλη σάλα
του, λειτουργεί ως μουσείο από το 1991,
μετά από πρωτοβουλία των απογόνων
της να διασώσουν πολύτιμα κειμήλια της
καπετάνισσας. Ο επισκέπτης µαγεύεται
αρχικά από την πλούσια ξενάγηση, που
περιλαμβάνει πολλές άγνωστες πτυχές
της ζωής και της δράσης της εντός και
εκτός Σπετσών, και στη συνέχεια μπορεί
να θαυμάσει συλλογές από όπλα, παλαιά
βιβλία, πορσελάνες, έγγραφα, επιστολές,
χάρτες, προσωπικά της αντικείμενα και του
Αγώνα, καθώς και εντυπωσιακά δείγματα
επίπλωσης των 17ου και 18ου αιώνα. Ένα
μοναδικό ταξίδι που αναβιώνει μνήμες από
την ελληνική ιστορία...
The 300-year-old mansion of Laskarina
Bouboulina, the Heroine of the Greek
War of Independence of 1821, with the
outstanding wood carved, Florencestyle
ceiling in its great hall operates as
a museum since 1991, at initiative of her
offsprings who wished to preserve valuable
heirlooms of the captain. At first, the visitor
is mesmerised by the interesting tour, which
includes many unknown information on her
life and action in and otuside Spetses. The
museum houses also a collection of guns,
old books, porcelain, documents, letters,
maps, personal items and items related with
the Battle, as well as impressive examples
of furniture of the 17th and 18th century. A
unique journey reviving memories from the
Greek history...
