STANI The most historical pastry shop in the

boureko” (Greek custard pie) and the trademark
kaimaki ice cream with “ekmek” .Everything is
made according to original recipes from Smyrna,
brought by the immigrant grandfather of the
family in 1922. The traditional pies with home-
