is a female affair and Fryni from
Lefkada knows it very well. The
restaurant, which operates in a dy-
namic and creative way, was cre-
ated in order to satisfy her passion
for her native island and its local
products and to initiate locals and
visitors to the best that Lefkadian
cuisine has to offer. Everything
that comes out of her kitchen is
made with care. Fryni sto Molo is
famous for classic Lefkadian reci-
pes, but also for Mediterranean
cuisine ones that steal the show
with dishes such as tyrokouloures
with pure, local honey and ouzo,
fresh seafood from Meganisi, fresh
salads, pasta with original sauces,
meat cooked in a way that brings
out their taste.
