ing and since then their name is synonymous with the traditional kourabie! The sweet delights, up to
nowadays, are prepared daily in open workshops, with care, love and the purest, high quality materials.
Of course, the traditional kourabiedes, made with the secret delicious recipe of the grandmother of
the family from Karvali Cappadocia, are a trademark! Excellent ingredients and passion are the makings
of success! Kourabiedes, tsoureki and melomakarona “Iosifidis” are known not only in Greece but also
worldwide, as they are exported to Germany, France, Italy, Belgium and America.
