• The Historical Museum of Ioannina Ch. Nikolaou.

€2, daily from 08:30-16:30).
• The mosque of Aslan Pasha in the northeastern Acropolis built in 1618 and the mauso-
leum which is believed to be the place where the body of Aslan Pasha the 1st was buried.
• The underground prisons of Ali at the northeastern Acropolis.
• The Byzantine Museum of Its Kale, in the northeastern Acropolis (entrance fee €3,
daily except Mondays, 08:00-17:00).
• The Fethiye Mosque with its masterfully-crafted minaret. The family graves of Ali Pa-
sha can be visited in its northwestern side.
• The tower of Bohemond in the center of Its Kale constructed in the framework of the
byzantine fortification, during the campaign of the Norman Bohemond in Ioannina in
