fruit of kumquat, give fresh impetus to the history of the traditional products
of Corfu and introduce us to the authentic flavors of another era. At its

and spirits. Delicious mandolato (traditional nougat), crunchy traditional
mandola (caramelized almonds) and spoon sweets made from the tiny citrus are the most
