Vasiliko Tower
Vasiliko Tower In Vasiliko at Evia (about
9 km from Chalkida), close to the centre of
the village and built near the banks of Lilas
river, stands a massive square tower, one
of the largest ones in Evia, Vasiliko Tower.
It is a square Venetian defensive work from
the early 13th century, 8,20 meters long
and 17,5 meters high up to its crenelations.
This is one of the best preserved of the 55
Venetian towers in Evia.
