Ο δρόµος µε τα χίλια αρώµατα και τις έντονες γεύσεις είναι εδώ, στον πιο ευωδιαστό
δρόµο της πρωτεύουσας. Αραδιασµένα στη σειρά, τα µαγαζάκια µε τα σιδερένια ρολά
και τον αέρα άλλης δεκαετίας, προσφέρουν αφειδώς µπαχάρια, καρυκεύµατα, αλλαντικά
και τυριά ελληνικά αλλά και από τόπους µακρινούς! Τα περισσότερα κτίρια της γειτονιάς,
είναι µικρά αρχιτεκτονικά διαµαντάκια του 19ου αιώνα ενώ ορθώς η πολιτεία ανακήρυξε
το 2012 την Ευριπίδου σε «χώρο παραδοσιακού εµπορίου».
EVRIPIDOU STREET The street of a thousand smells and intense tastes, the most
aromatic street in the capital, is here. It is lined with small shops with iron shutters and
the air of another decade, offering lavishly spices, seasonings, sausages and cheese
from Greece as well as from faraway places! The most buildings in the neighborhood
are small architectural jewels from the 19th century. Rightfully the state in 2012
declared Evripidou “space of traditional commerce”.
