Το πρωί θα απολαύσετε αρωματικό
καφέ Portiolli, που θα τον
συνοδεύσετε με ένα λαχταριστό
σνακ λίγων θερμίδων, όπως
μπέγκελ με σπανάκι ή παντζάρι
αλλά και μπάρες δημητριακών
χωρίς ζάχαρη ενώ το μεσημέρι
μια δροσερή σαλάτα αποτελεί την
πιο διαιτητική πρόταση. Και λίγο
πριν πάτε... γυμναστήριο, ο ίδιος
προτείνει έναν φρεστοστυμμένο
χυμό με φρούτα και λαχανικά της
αρεσκείας σας ή μία από τις συνταγές
του μενού που επιμελείται
