Αs holistic therapist and personal development coach, Christina Chatzi organises self-awareness
groups, and, at the same time, she works with people on an individual level. In spite of her inherent
skill, she never gets complacent. After specialised training, she applies special techniques aiming at
the self-improvement of the person under therapy. She uses different methods of alternative thera-
pies, to prepare the ground for the development of self-awareness and the resolution of psychoso-
matic issues, while, at the same time, providing consultancy for personal development.
As Kundalini Yoga Instructor, she organises yoga classes in Arachova and the spiritual site of Delfi.
