Social media can even affect education, constantly seeing slang or misspelled words can make you think those words feel right. Most misspelled words like you, (u) your, and you’re (ur) show up on social media often. Some individuals forget what the proper language is.
BBC states that people using seven or more social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook were more than three times likely than people who use two platforms or less to have high anxiety levels.

This goes to show that we can continue to use social media. It just should be in smaller quantities. The quality of life can be improved by limiting our social media access.
Healthy quantities of social media could make us feel better rather than worse. You can do more than you think. The people of this modern age need to step in and take control. We can communicate with anyone across the world, and we use it to make each other feel bad.
