This is a comparison of the average school lunch in several countries. As you can tell, the American lunch has more processed foods and less fresh food in comparison to other countries. Processed foods have a much higher calorie count than fresh food and in turn, contribute to obesity. The less processed food of the other countries is what Fox means when she says Europeans eat “Real Food”. By not eating as much processed foods, European children are able to stay a healthier weight.
