This tweet from august 3 shows that there were 249 mass shootings in America this year. That means that since August 3rd to today, there have been 135 mass shootings. That is almost 20 times the amount of other countries combined.
In the graph to the right, it shows the amount of deaths in mass shootings from January to November 14th. Overall there have 398 deaths this year. 8 of those were in two weeks alone.
