The Chinese government is focused on developing the potential of this country , encouraging village farmers to relocate to towns and cities . Nowadays , in these villages you can barely find a younger generation as they have all moved to urban areas to provide their children the opportunity of a better education and a higher standard of living . This trend has caused fast growth in city populations , and at the same time has created more need in the countryside where villages are depleted of the generation that form their manpower .
We strongly believe that China will continue to hold a key role in the development of the global economy in the coming twenty years inasmuch as , for all the progress that has been made thus far , we still have a vast area and population yet to be connected with the rest of the world .
10 . How would you sell China as a destination ?
The major concern of most families on international assignment is personal safety . China as a destination is the one of the safest places in the world to live .
The large population has necessitated the creation of every service imaginable , meaning life in first and second-tier cities can be very comfortable . All first and second-tier cities have excellent medical and educational institutions .
China still has huge business potential for the future
It is very stable politically .
It offers a unique cultural experience and has a wealth of history that often proves fascinating to western and other visitors .
For foreign investors to take full advantage of the opportunities China presents , the ability to understand this country and its culture is essential . Mutual benefits lie in store for those prepared to put in the effort required to adapt and thrive in this diverse culture .
