Ruth holds a Bachelor ’ s degree in Business Administration from the University of Leeds , England and has lived and worked in a total of over countries , spanning throughout Asia , Europe and Africa and the Pacific . She has many years ’ hands on experience as an Expatriate herself as well as extensive experience managing diverse teams across multi cultures and can identify , analyze and solve problems amid change and in a multicultural context .
Ruth has proven working experience of over 25 years , holding senior management positions for International Multi-National Corporations including Ericsson , Head of Operations , Vodacom South Africa and Operations Manager ICI , UK . Ruth joined Santa Fe in 2004 and her strengths include the proven ability to run an efficient operation with high quality standards .
Ruth previously served on the Global Advisory Council of WERC ( Worldwide Employment Relocation Council ) ensuring the industry , as a whole remains committed to Innovative Global Mobility solutions and has served on the Global Editorial Advisory Committee and for 3 years on the ERC Foundation Board . She was awarded a Meritorious Service Award for her commitment to the global workforce industry in 2014 and previously served on the APAC Leadership Committee Ruth has relocated recently from Hong Kong and is now based in Johannesburg , leading Santa Fe ’ s Relocation and Immigration throughout the African Continent .
