Global Fusion produced ‘ Afribags ’ a range of tote bags made from brightly coloured African fabric . The fabrics were purchased from women traders in Accra and Obodgo Markets in Ghana and Freetown in Sierra Leone and were sewn by Nigerian women living in Valencia , Spain .
The idea was to create a sponsor bag that could be re-used afterwards and apparently they went down well at the conference :

We will be enlarging our range of ‘ Afribags ’ to include shoppers ; beachbags & laptop bags and ‘ Afripacks ’ backpacks with a difference - with matching pencil cases for the school range !
