I learned that year, no matter what life gave me, there was a way to overcome it.
I took dance and my dream and desires during that time in my life was to be good enough to be on Broadway.
In a few more years, those beliefs became tested within my family and my life. I was offered a full scholarship for dance; however, due to the situations taking place in my family and home; I was not able to accept it.
4. Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
I know a little about a lot of “things.” Being a bit of a “Bubble Person” I have been pretty close to a “shut-in” my whole life. I do not see it as anything; it is all I know. With all the time it allows; I learn.

I was the featured article on Thanksgiving Day about an “original soft sculptured doll” business I had founded and ran.
I won a game show. The Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hours and was the running champion for four days. In the early 1980’s I won a total of $34,650.00 cash, plus parting prizes.
