suits the environment and the vision of the company.

The first candidate that was let go, her resume was beautifully crafted. I looked through her resume and I immediately pen her down to be interviewed. She was interviewed and she presented well but because I wanted all successful candidates to go through the 3rd level which is the practical aspect, she didn't perform well at all so she had to go. We had to let her because she struggled so much with all the aspects of the job even the simplest task.

For days and weeks after, she was sending messages asking for another chance. Text messages, emails to myself and my assistant several times a day. I was blown away by her determination and spirit that refuses to give up but I had to be mindful of the company’s goal so I eventually responded that we don't have the capacity to provide prolonged training and support. She said she was asking for a volunteering position in order to learn. Her persistence paid because now she has positioned herself where she will be seen regularly, be heard regularly and when an opportunity comes, guess who will be cruising in for the opportunity?.

You are unemployed and you have been looking and applying for jobs with no luck, why don't you volunteer and gain experience?
