Weekdays can see me doing all manner of things that tick the business over: develop and work on strategy and direction, team management, as well as can involve me working on the makeup brushes, but usually in TV Commericals or photoshoots – things that happen during the week. I also have to do the boring things like creating systems and doing admin – responding to emails, updating the website, creating new workshops, networking and meeting with business prospects or connections, hanging out in my Warehouse and Makeup Studio in Yarraville, packing online orders, teaching women makeup at 1-on-1s, and hanging out with my 5 cats (They’re @the_makeup_cats).
Don’t talk to me on a Monday – it’s my day off and I’m usually catching up on sleep, vegging out with a bit of Netflix, practising self care (Ok, I’m trying to) and generally wearing no makeup and track pants, not really engaging with anyone except the cats and my partner, Kelly.
